If you see me tomorrow,(now today) I may look hmmmm, shall we say, a little different. Hoping by the time this reaches you that I am really exaggerating but as of 9 pm tonight ........I am not exactly shall we say PRETTY!!
I never claimed to be a professional. NEVER! I mean I have only dyed a few cattle in my life. And in the world of dyed cattle trust my few don't even begin to count. But really how hard can it be, right! I mean we have all one time or the other, grabbed the hair dye and had at it. So throwing it on a 1500 pound creature can't really be a big deal, right! Plus, there is this handy little bottle that goes on the end of the blower that blows the dye right in, do a little rubbing and just like us, INSTANT PRETTY!!! The problem arises when you go to help your "other son" ( you know the kids friend you would do anything for) and the middle straw section of the cool little bottle thing that sucks up the dye is missing!!!!
Not to fear, you know that I am a very good improviser. HELLO!!! TURN THE BOTTLE UPSIDE DOWN AND IT WILL START WORKING!!!! No problem right! other than by now it is near 8:pm because we had to wait for the raindrops and I am in a little bit of a hurry. (corn to pick) Heck working good. Spraying great!!! One side pretty good, pull out the bottle from the blower (bottle still upside down) and WELL let's just say we had a little backfire and I officially had black hair dye all over everything that wasn't covered!! Face dotted with black freckles! Neck black splotches. ARMS BLACK!! chest hmmmmm BLACK! And of course no sink, towel etc near by. So wipe off what I can and finish the job. Head for home and whom ever said that the old stand by of hydrogen peroxide helps, LIES!!!
So let me show you our lovely new collection of October Afternoon!!!
a great travel collection
a bit more to follow soon ~ hey they go with a picture I took today!
Good Night Friends!
Oh and just for the record, the only official part of me that is not black is the grey hairs that need dye! GO FIGURE!!!!!
