So now where was I. (now may be the time to grab the coffee cup)
MARKET!! Ok I really tried to blog while we were there. There is just something about getting in at 10:00 after a late dinner and getting up prior to 6:00 that kinda makes blogging sound not so fun. Once again I am grateful for Love for filling in a bit.
We had a little market diversion this time. You know something different out of our 17 year routine. The one where we stop at the same gas stations, stay at the same motel, go to the same show room first every time, Anthropology the first night, THE BLUE GOOSE, you know the routine.
Brad came in the morning prior to us leaving and told me that he had just talked to our friend Bill. (who has beautiful twin grandson and granddaughter in Dallas) He thought it would be fun to live on the edge (which is a bit out of routine for Bill) and join us on our road trip and then stay and hang with his daughter and grand kids for a few day.
(here is Bill at the Classic.) We often tease him that we are his adopted daughters. So off we headed for Dallas. He soon learned it was our way or the highway when it came to where we stop, what we eat. And minus a little ridicule went right along with it. (we had to be nice every now and then and at least offer him a choice cause we took his car and he tended to be the DRIVER)
NOTE TO SELF: PUT INTO THE DALLAS ROUTINE IT IS BEST TO HAVE A DRIVER!!!!!!!
We got to Dallas on Wed, dropped Bill off with his beauties and headed to the mart. Right off the bat we found our Christmas theme! And to say we were excited is somewhat of an understatement. Christmas had been looming over us. We had yet to find anything that grabbed us so when we uncovered this little line (within a company) we instantly knew that life was going to be good.
The first day we spent our wad.
And the second.
And the third.
Can't really tell you all that we bought (I have yet to go through all our orders)but it just seemed that every showroom we entered we found something really fun. A few things you can look forward to:.....lotion, I think more lotion, and YES more lotion, some great new dish soap, THIS NEW LINE OF FALL CLOTHES.....TO DIE FOR, and the jewelry.....oh man I can't wait to get into this
Till then, we did discover our new replacement for our stackable bracelets. You know the ones that stretch and have sayings....that are no longer anywhere to be found...but not to worry you can now choose from these....

Friday we loaded up Bill(drug him away from his beauties....and I mean beauties) and headed home. Arrived back late Sat. night just in time for some out of town friends to arrive for the Sunday Classic. It was truly a great trip. (if you want BILL's account check HERE)
